The 112th Picnic Day is set for Saturday, April 18, 2026 and is approaching fast! Picnic Day showcases the richness of diversity and achievement at UC Davis and the surrounding community. UC Davis Global Affairs and International House Davis will be walking together in this year’s Picnic Day Parade celebrating our diversity and accomplishments. We cordially invite you to walk with International House Davis and Global Affairs in the Picnic Day Parade. Friends and family members are welcome to walk as well. We hope you will join us!

We encourage all participants who will be walking with us to wear traditional dress or attire representative of your home countries, such as a national team sports jersey. Alternatively, you are also welcome to wear your I-House or Global Affairs t-shirts.

Please note that any participants under the age of 18 MUST have their parent or guardian complete and sign an individual waiver in order for them to walk in the parade. Any participants over the age of 18 will need to sign a group waiver. We will email you the waivers to sign separately along with any further instructions upon completion of your RSVP form.

Meet-up location and distribution of flags will be done at approximately 8:30 am at the UC Davis International Center Lobby, located at 463 California Avenue, Davis, CA. We will communicate the final gathering time and arrival details via email as Picnic Day approaches.
